Where We Ship
We ship worldwide from Denmark. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected delivery speed.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout:
- Denmark: 2–3 business days
- EU: 5–7 business days
- Rest of world: 7–14 business days
These are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping method selected. Faster options are available at checkout.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the EU, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before ordering.
Returns & Refunds
Return Policy
You may return a WakeOnMAC product within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer rights. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unopened and in its original, sealed packaging
- In the same condition as when it was delivered
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at contact@wakeonmac.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions. Do not ship a return without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us at contact@wakeonmac.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
Warranty
All WakeOnMAC products come with a warranty covering manufacturing defects. For full warranty terms, please see our Terms & Conditions.
- Consumers (B2C): 2-year limited warranty
- Business customers (B2B): 1-year limited warranty
